Weekly prix fixe menu available Wednesday and Thursday in the dining room. Features Ceviche Nikkei with Southeast Asian-inspired flavors, a Donburi inspired by Korean Hwae Dup Bap with thick-cut Bluefin tuna, Japanese snapper, hamachi, and salmon in gochujang miso sauce, classic chef-dressed nigiri, and a choice of starter.
